They virtually breathe the word "Why?" and they're persistent (you're motivation to answer them satisfactorily is to get the "Why-ning" to stop!). If you can consistently answer them, whilst still getting them to do what they need to, then I think that answering "grown-ups" (and hey, some grown-ups are just big toddlers) in your marketing will be a cinch.
